Animal Control Van

The
St. Maarten Animal Welfare Foundation serves the community with a
team of volunteers who:
- Collect sick, injured,
stray, unwanted or feral animals.
- Provide free taxi service
to local veterinary hospitals for residents without
transportation.
- Gives free mange injections for
residents who would not otherwise be able
to provide treatment
for their pets.

Visits public and private schools to explain the team’s services
and
heighten students’ awareness
of active, responsible pet ownership.
Volunteers
work a 3 to 4 hour shift per week (morning or afternoon shifts available).
